MRH Locum Pharmacist Services is led by Mohammed Rizwan Hakim, a GPhC-registered pharmacist with extensive experience across community pharmacy, clinical services, governance, and operational leadership.

Mohammed is a highly experienced, dependable locum pharmacist known for his calm, methodical approach and ability to manage pharmacies safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. He regularly supports busy dispensaries, sole-pharmacist settings, and high-pressure environments, ensuring continuity of care, strong clinical oversight, and full regulatory compliance.

With a strong background in clinical governance, Mohammed has supported pharmacies in preparing for inspections, maintaining CPAF standards, and embedding safe systems of work. He was a key driver in the implementation of the Pharmacy Quality Scheme, ensuring that requirements were met in full and that the entire pharmacy team was effectively engaged in its delivery, demonstrating strong organisation, leadership, and team management skills.

He also served as Clinical Lead for the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, overseeing service delivery, governance, and clinical standards during a period of significant operational pressure..

Mohammed has extensive experience working with care homes, including medicines management, controlled drugs processes, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. His approach prioritises patient safety, accuracy, and clear communication, allowing pharmacy owners and managers to operate with confidence when he is on site.
